Your workspace stays in your own account. We’ll show you how to update its business information and work with anonymised examples where appropriate.
This package covers setup and training. Automatic sending, publishing and app connections are separate features or projects, depending on your tools.
Pick the problem that's costing you the most time. We set the system up, test it properly and keep an eye on it afterwards. Our systems are built around Gmail and Google Workspace. If you use something else, we'll check what's possible before we quote.

Enquiries that arrive while you're busy can wait hours for an answer.
When someone emails you or fills in your website form, they get a professional acknowledgement straight away, at any time of day. Genuine enquiries are scored HOT, WARM or COLD and logged, and you're told about the ones that need your attention. Complaints and sensitive messages don't get an automatic reply; they come straight to you.
Good for: any business that gets enquiries by email or through its website.
Asking for reviews is easy to forget, even when customers are happy.
Two days after a job or visit, the customer gets a friendly email asking for a Google review. Each customer is asked once, and there's nothing for you to remember.
Good for: businesses that rely on Google reviews.
Chasing unpaid invoices takes time and can feel awkward.
If an invoice is still unpaid, polite reminders go out at 7, 14 and 21 days, and stop once the payment is recorded. You don't have to keep track of who to chase.

Missed appointments cost time you can't get back.
Customers get a confirmation email when they book and a reminder 48 hours before. Rescheduled bookings are handled too. Reminders can help reduce no-shows and give you earlier notice of cancellations.

Regular customers sometimes drift away without anyone noticing.
When someone hasn't been back for 90 days, they get a friendly email with an offer you choose. It only goes to people who've agreed to hear from you, and each person gets it once.

Each price is a one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee. We aren't registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to any of our prices. Final scope and included connections are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
One standard automation system, including its agreed connection, setup, testing and ongoing monitoring.
EnquireTwo separate, complementary systems set up to work together, such as Enquiry Auto-Reply with Review Nudge, or Enquiry Auto-Reply with Invoice Chaser. This is two different systems, not one system with two enquiry channels.
EnquireFor existing customers adding another standard system that fits their current setup. Anything more complex is quoted separately.

Discuss your requirementsThe agreed level of workflow operation, monitoring, error alerts, routine maintenance, and support for problems affecting the system we installed. Normal AI processing is included, within the level of use agreed in your quotation. We won't add AI charges without agreeing them with you first. New features, major changes and new integrations are quoted separately. If your volumes turn out to be much higher than expected, we'll talk to you before anything changes.
Subscriptions are monthly rolling, with no minimum term. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.
Every business runs a little differently. Our starting prices cover a standard installation, with options to connect additional enquiry channels, existing software and more advanced workflows.
