Send your logo, brand colours, photos, product or service details, prices and offers. We'll give you a simple checklist of what we need.

We create your materials
We design and write everything in your brand, using the information you've supplied and approved.

Review and delivery
You review the work and request any changes within the included revision round. We then deliver the final files, ready to use. For the Website Refresh, we make the agreed changes on your website.

These aren't part of the packages. Each one is quoted separately, and you'll have the price in writing before we start.
Smartphone photography
Product or premises photos for your catalogue or campaign, taken on a smartphone, where you don't have suitable photos. This isn't a professional studio service.

Adding a catalogue or a Black Friday banner to your website, or website changes beyond the Website Refresh. The Website Refresh already includes making its own changes on your website.
Email scheduling
Setting up and scheduling your Christmas emails in your email platform.

Questions
Good to know
Will the Christmas Website Refresh work with my website?
It depends on how your website is built and whether we can get access to edit it. Before you book, we check your website platform and the login access we'd need, and confirm in writing whether the refresh is possible.
The €299 price includes making the listed changes on your website for you. It's a limited seasonal update to an existing website, not a rebuild or redesign. Anything beyond the listed changes is quoted separately before we start.
Do you post or send anything for me?
No. The Black Friday Campaign, Christmas Sales Kit, Christmas Email Campaign, Content Visit and both event packages are delivered as finished files for you to post and send yourself. If you'd like us to schedule your emails or add a banner or catalogue to your website, we can quote for that separately. The Website Refresh is the exception: it includes making its changes on your website.
Do you need to visit my business?
Only for the Christmas Content Visit, which is an on-site session in Kerry, subject to travel distance and availability. Every other package is done remotely, using the materials you send us.
What do I need to supply?
Usually your logo, brand colours and fonts if you have them, product or service details, prices, offers and any key dates. For the Christmas Digital Catalogue, you supply product photographs, prices and descriptions.
Photos should be clear, well lit and your own, or ones you have permission to use. We'll work with what you supply, so the finished materials can only be as accurate as the information we're given.
How long does it take?
We agree a delivery date with you before you book. It depends on the package and on when we receive your materials, so the sooner you send everything, the sooner you'll have your finished files.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Each package shows the revisions included. Further changes are quoted before we make them, so there are no surprise costs.
How does payment work?
We'll confirm the price, what's included, the delivery date and how to pay in writing before any work begins. We aren't registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Can you guarantee more sales?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who does. We create professional, well-planned materials that make it easier to promote your business at Christmas. How they perform depends on your offers, your customers and many other things outside our control.
