Aisling Hair & Beauty

A proper consultation before a single cut. Colour, styling and treatments in Killarney, done by people who ask before they touch your hair.

First — the consultation

We ask before we touch a thing

What you actually want, what suits your hair, and what's realistic — talked through before anything starts.

Then — the plan

One clear plan, one clear price

Colour, cut, treatment — agreed before you're in the chair. No surprise bill at the end.

Then — the work

Time, not a rush job

Every appointment gets the time it needs. Your slot isn't double-booked underneath you.

Finally — it lasts

Styled to last past the door

Not just for the photo on the way out — for the six weeks after, with proper aftercare advice.

What we use

Products chosen for your hair's condition, not whatever's cheapest to stock.

Olaplex bond repair
Built into every colour service that needs it — protects the hair's internal structure while lifting or lightening.
Ammonia-free colour
Softer on the scalp and the hair itself. Slightly longer processing time, noticeably less damage.
Keratin smoothing
Cuts frizz and drying time without the "flat" over-straightened look some smoothing treatments leave behind.
Organic scalp care
For anyone dealing with sensitivity or irritation — a gentler starting point before anything chemical.

What people say

First salon that actually talked me out of a colour that wouldn't have suited me. Trusted them completely after that.
— N. Brennan, Killarney
Bridal trial meant zero surprises on the actual day. Hair held from 9am ceremony through to midnight.
— S. Moriarty, Dingle
Fixed a box-dye disaster over two sessions instead of promising an impossible one-visit fix. Honest about what it'd take.
— R. Kissane, Tralee

Common questions

Depends on your starting colour and what you're going for — a simple refresh is around 90 minutes, a full balayage or correction can run 3+ hours. We'll give you a real estimate at consultation.

Yes, required 48 hours before any colour service if it's your first time with us or it's been over 6 months since your last one. We'll organise it when you book.

Please do — it's the fastest way to get on the same page. We'll also tell you honestly if it needs adjusting for your hair type or condition.

Just give us 24 hours notice where you can — no charge. Less notice than that, a small fee may apply since it's hard to fill a specialist slot last minute.

Tell us what you're going for.

We'll tell you honestly if it'll work with your hair — and book you in for a proper consultation.
