Forty-five minutes beside the Atlantic.

TONN is a wood-fired sauna on the shore at Fenit. Heat up inside, cool down in the plunge or the sea, then go back in and do it again. Sessions run every day, weather permitting.

Give yourself ten or fifteen minutes. Water is provided, and there’s no prize for staying in longer than feels comfortable.

Right beside the water.

We’re at the western end of Fenit beach, past the sailing club. There’s parking nearby, then a short walk across the sand.

There is a small changing area, but arriving ready makes things easier.

Step outside whenever you need to. Ten to fifteen minutes at a time is plenty.

The plunge is always available. Enter the Atlantic only when conditions are safe.
